1. Raw Material Selection
High-tenacity polyester yarn is selected as the primary raw material due to its strength, low elongation, and resistance to abrasion and weather conditions.
How Our Manufacturing Process Works
2. Webbing Weaving
The polyester yarn is woven on specialized looms to produce strong and durable webbing in required widths and thicknesses.
3. Dyeing and Finishing
The woven webbing is dyed in standard colors and treated with finishing chemicals to enhance properties such as UV resistance, abrasion resistance, and flexibility.
4. Heat Setting
The webbing undergoes a heat-setting process to stabilize its structure, improve dimensional stability, and maintain consistent strength.
5. Cutting to Length
The webbing is cut into required lengths as per product specifications using precision cutting machines.
6. Hardware Selection
Metal components such as ratchets, buckles, and hooks are selected or manufactured, ensuring they meet load-bearing and safety standards.
7. Stitching and Assembly
The cut webbing is stitched with high-strength thread to attach the hardware. Specialized sewing machines are used to create stitching patterns for maximum load capacity.
8. Quality Testing
Each lashing belt is tested for tensile strength, elongation, and load capacity to ensure it meets industry and safety standards.
9. Inspection and Finishing
Final inspection is carried out to check for defects, proper stitching, and overall quality. Labels and specifications are added.
10. Packaging and Dispatch
Finished lashing belts are packed appropriately and prepared for shipment to customers.
